Registers & RAM, Activity 2

    FYI, I just finished updating the activities in the "Creating Registers, RAM, etc" section. One activity (Build a 16-bit / 64-register memory) was missing earlier, which I have just added.

    I also fixed a few broken links. Please let me know if something is not working.

    Excellent, thanks! I accidentally submitted Act2 to Act7... I don't see a way to correct that, so I'm just going to resubmit 7 when I get there.

    I will delete the act2 submission made for act7.

    Will also work on a feature to give a way for people to edit/delete their submissions.
